	In Response To: Re: 2 questions about MI (Tycho7en) M2 and Ne Cede Malis are consistent, I think...it's the MI manual that's the odd one out. In M2 we're told that once Durandal takes control of Battle Group Seven's Flagship, he routs them and destroys almost the entire fleet; the survivors retreat and deploy the trih xeem. This is pretty much identical to what happens in Ne Cede Malis: Durandal "slaughters" Battle Group Seven and they deploy the trih xeem in their "final gasp." In the MI manual, on the other hand, Battle Group Seven seems to take very little damage before disabling Durandal, and they "retreat to a safe distance" before deploying the trih xeem. Admittedly this may be partly be Tfear's spin-doctoring ("They ran like cheerleaders" versus "We retreated to a safe distance")--but still, it seems that the Pfhor are doing much better here. My thought is that the MI manual refers to the first Rage timeline, from "Acme Station" to "Carroll Street Station." This timeline starts out pretty much like M2, but Durandal locates Thoth before fighting BG7, and apparently has an opportunity to merge with him. Durandal is apparently in control of the Jjaro station, which fits with the manual's statement that he fled there after his defeat, and we don't see (as we do see in Aie Mak Sicur) that Tfear is on board the station, which would conflict with his having "retreated to a safe distance." Note, though, that the MI manual refers to the trih xeem being used against the "Drinniol Rebellion," whereas we know that in the base M1/M2 timeline the Drinniol weren't wiped out; the Nakh were. Assuming this isn't just an error, the MI manual timeline might be one we never actually see in-game. --SiliconDream
