I think rampancey is a conciousness issue for AI's, much the same way we have breakdowns or other 'freakout' moments... so would an AI, if it had any individuality anyhows. What could cause rampancey is a different question and would only be determinted by the character of the AI. I'm not sure they'd see it in themselves either, much like us mb?! ;D
