Nope, the model for her just never got made, until very recently (after 1.2 was released). You'll see in the terminal texts that there is (even still) reference to "the interloper" "infecting" an "operator", i.e. Hathor downloading into the mind of a cyborg human-Jjaro connected to the network. That was supposed to foreshadow her appearance at the end of We Met Once In The Garden. Hopefully, now that we have the model for the unit, she will actually appear in the next version.
(And her hand isn't a WMC, she's just holding a WMC).
