There's technically two now: the original game ported to Windows Vista and the PC port of Halo 2 Anniversary included with the Master Chief collection.
While Halo 2 Vista is compatible with Windows 10, it requires a fan patch of sorts called Project Cartographer to run at its best on modern systems due to the vanilla game requiring Microsoft's obsolete Windows Live thing.

Pick whichever one you want, though MCC is easier to get than Halo 2 Vista. Both do have versions of Legendary Rebalanced for them.
