Eh, I don't find time limits a very fun mechanic in a game. There's already a bonus added to your ending score based on how much time you have left, so I think that would provide enough incentive to be efficient with your time. If people would rather spend extra time going through levels they've already explored to build up a huge body count, I don't want to stop them.
I have thought maybe it'd be worth adding extra bonuses to your score based on difficulty, but ultimately decided against it as I don't know what a fair bonus would be, and I'm not all that motivated to add stuff that the original game didn't have. Maybe if people play this and have suggestions (haha, yeah right), I'll have more motivation to do some extra stuff.
