If what you're saying is that the missing terminal text on Defend THIS! still shows up in the game despite the fact that it's using the same material as the original Marathon (which is no different from the version of Aleph One I have presently, namely v1.0.2), then yeah, it's not canon.

The question is, is the missing text canon enough to preserve for all time?
