The problem is that all of the truly great mappers out there are probably not willing to deal with legal issues.

And, personally, IF any maps were to be created, it would almost have to be by the community. Because we have so much more experience with mapping, we know all the tricks, as well as the little nuances that make a map great, in my opinion.

Although I agree that M:D could really use some new great maps.
