OK I think there's one mistake... the humans that were to be slaved from the first game were taken by Durandal when he took over the Sfiera(the ship that attacked the Marathon). Durandal gave them the option of fighting in Lh'owon and gain freedom or to return to the stasis chambers for undetermined time. They are Robert Blake and his men(BOBs). The second time the Marathon was invaded the colony was obliterated and Tycho recorded the deaths of all the citizens of the colony.
So technically you can't be a human from Marathon and awake in one of those Tyclones ships... unless the Jjaro screwed up time again, and events in Marathon 2 never took place but they actually did and, YOU fixed the time in a way that the Wr'ckntgfsdfdgber ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! *mind literally blows*
you get the picture.
