Oops, looks like I spoke too soon.

M1A1 texture pack worked great... Now I can't seem to get my Durandal and Infinity texture packs to work.

I downloaded the newest version of Aleph One for Windows... but the directions dont quite work, just because the folder names are different and the ReadMe file they included talks about "Scripts" folders, when there aren't any. Just MML folders. Also, I'm confused where to put the texture folder in the overall file tree.

Thanks for all your help guys, I'm pretty close to figuring this out I think.
