You emerge from something that looks like a : sewer - a drab green cylinder with sewage at your feet. Now we've woken : from stasis before - could this be a stasis chamber? Since when have : stasis chambers been wet. Perhaps we weren't in total stasis and had : eliminated some waste? Yuck! But why would a stasis chamber be in crew : quarters, and where's our bed? This is a major tip-off that we aren't : really who we think we are. I think that the stasis is an electrical process and what conducts electricty better then a liquid? You can't fill the tank with a liquid metal, so a "nice to people" substence is needed.
