First off make sure you have Stuffit's very latest version of the free expander. Next you can check out Adam Steir's web page where he details his experiences unstuffing and installing Aleph One into Windows. It was such a pain in the ass for him, when he finally got it working I asked him to write it down in order to blaze a trail for others. Click on the link below.
