Once I read I very great book, and at the end there were some lines from the author where he told the readers he wouldn't tell them anything about his life becuse that is not really important for his work. His book's quality doesn't change by the fact that he's either a good or a bad man.
I think this was clever said, and that's why I don't think less about FM. He might be an arrogant bastard, but it doesn't change the quality in his maps.
You can go ahead and hate him for his opinions, but then look at yourself, you're not really better yourself. You dislike a person because he thinks differently compared to you.
If you wanna know, I didn't find FM's comments to be garbage, in every single line there were some truth, then of course we can argue, whether it is exaggerating statements or not (which I think it is myself). FM, and a few more have dared to point out negative things where others don't and just follow the flow and say everything is awesome, actually, nothing is completely awesome, there are always things to improve. And even if rubicon is like god for you, it aint perfect, everyone won't worship it, and if they don't, you don't have the right to trashtalk about them.
Yes, if you think I defend FM, that is true, I look up to him.
