In Response To: ATTENTION: I'd like every scenario maker to read. (Todd) Thanks for discussing and sharing guys. It's good to hear my views mirrored and see other people that still have the spark. I know there's a lot of great projects from the crew here that will see the light of day, I'd just like to see more from the community in general. It annoys me that people want to make something for the community, but can't seem to be arsed doing it themselves. To clarify for some, I didn't mean that going it alone was the only way. By all means, seek help and welcome it when you get it. But you must have the skills you're looking for yourself. You may have others creating your content - Over half the levels, monsters and weapons in [a] were created by other members of the team. But as project leader it's my responsibility to bind the content together, tweak it, test it and finalise it. As the axis of the project i've found I need to have the complete skill set required. Ask C lund or any other completed TC author still around, they'll tell you the same thing, I'll put money on it. Oh, and a very big cheers for the props on the chapter screen =) I put that up as a case of put up or shut up towards myself. I've done 3 and I have 3 to go, aswell as a final beta run/tweak before release. Assuming Z doesn't want to rewrite the story or anything =P //t |
