For fear of stating the obvious... I have a web site that is a help to scenario makers. I have also asked for volunteers in this forum to provide content for a "General tips" section for subject matter that is not contained in the "Forge Tips" and "Anvil Tips" sections. Check out the Battle Cat's Litterbox. The call for volunteers still stands. You don't have to know HTML or provide an entire set of tutorials. Enough written material for a single page or subject is plenty.
