I, too, was struck by the content or rather lack there of in the scenario news. It's great to see the Scenario News come to life, but I don't what to hear about ideas for great scenarios - I want to see active scenarios and scenarios that are really in development. I want to echo Todd's comments - if you have nothing more than a story, develop it fully and submit it to the fan fiction archive. If you're really serious about producing a full working scenario within the next year, learn the skills you need to make it a reality, or do what the Rubicon Team did - find someone else with an interesting idea and with complementary skills and merge your two projects - you'll double your chances of success.
