Agreed - for what it's worth, to get an idea of the market for something like that, I'm thinking, remember that maybe, what, not much more than 20 Marathon Story Page shirts were sold a couple years ago, from here; and those were fairly inexpensive shirts.
Marathon figures, while cool, really would best be something made by someone in the fan community itself.
Although, if someone were to offer Bungie some $xMillion to licence the figures, that would be different. And would be about the minimum needed to get anything substantial off the ground. Likely more.
