The keys are SDLK_MINUS, SDLK_EQUALS, and SDLK_QUESTION. If whatever you type to get -, =, and ? don't work, there might be a bug with the SDL library's Norwegian key handling :( : How about making those controls configurable? Then it won't matter what
That's planned, but not for the next release. : Same place the saved Marathon games always went. Which has a good chance of being write-only. Since we don't know where we can write files except the user's home directory, it should default to somewhere in the user's home directory. Some options: ~/Library/Application Support (which we currently use)
As Forrest said, there is a (non standard) file system navigator, so you can really save them wherever you want them, despite where our default is. : But it makes things less easy for the users in this case. Welcome to Apple, post classic Mac OS
