In Response To: AO SDL vs Rubicon X on a Mac Pro (C Lund)

: When I try to run Rubicon X with AO SDL on my Mac Pro, the game proceeds
: normally until a level is about to load. Then AO quits. The chapter
: screens and all the pref menus work as they should.
: "Aleph One Log.txt" only gives the time and date plus a blank line.

: However, ordinary Infinity seems to run fine on AO SDL. Is there some MML
: that SDL can't handle when running on a Mac Pro?

Hmm, what version of AO SDL is this? Rubicon X needs 0.16.2r1, the patch release I made specially for it. The preview build should work as well. I tested RX on my macbook pro with both.

Anything helpful printed in Console.app?
