Yeah, that's high on my list of things to fix, but it will be much easier once NIBs is gone. I'll be able to get rid of the hard coded resolutions, and query SDL for a list of supported resolutions. So, it won't let you pick one that won't work, and even if you do I'll be able to fall back to one that works.

I guess what I can do in the mean time is write the error message to the log file instead of the console. Sound good?

How does Aleph One run on that beast? :)
