The reason I said what I said is because I had exactly the same problem, and thought that changing all that around would fix things, but it didn't. The developers have MML'd in the data file's position.

There is no problem with it. It works fine if you unstuff it with something apart from 7.x. I don't know how to say this in words that are less obvious.
