Rubicon X problem

Uhhh, this might not be the best place for this but...I can't get Rubicon X to work. I place AO in the folder and activate it, but it tells me that I must place the Rubicon Shapes, etc. in the same folder as the application- suffice to say, those files are already present. I have not messed around with the files in any matter. Can someone help me with this?
