Here, let me fix it:
For all ideas about which complete certainty of truth ("proof") is possible, logic works, because proof neccesitates the functions of logic. There may be other ideas where logic doesn't work (any logical paradox), but they can't be proven true, and must thus remain assumed false by default.
It's like saying that bachelors are unmarried men. You can't prove it, and you don't have to, because it's just a definition of what these ideas mean in relation to each other. There may be other things that are not unmarried men, but those things, by definition, are not bachelors. No proof neccesary.
