Stolen Tech and Retarded Pfhor

Somewhere, I'm not sure where, it states that most of what the Pfhor have, as far as technology, was pilfered from Jjaro outposts. I believe it's the same Tycho terminal that explains the death of the other 9 cyborgs, and why Durandal came to Lh'owon. It also says they destroyed most of these outposts after the Drinniol revolt, sometime more than six thousand years ago (Nahk revolted six thousand years ago; the S'pht were the worst revolt since the Nahk; but the Drinniol were the worst of all, so they had to be BEFORE the Nahk). This would also explain why the Pfhor are not as advanced as they could be given the age of their civilization: they destroyed their only source of technological inspiration.
