Me too. Alternatively, you could also use a more cliched plotline where a colony of Pfhor are indeed able to create a new queen and the player is a soldier sent in to destroy it. Not many opportunities for branching plotlines (maybe you join it instead of destroying it?) but it certainly makes for a lot of shooting.
