You have Rubicon on the brain. All we know about the war comes from M2, where it says the Pfhor empire fell to the combined forces of man and S'pht'Kr, and some details about when the Tycho clones fell out of use, etc...

Unless someone can give me a canon quote to disagree with me, the Hindmost Creche is not the Pfhor Queen. A creche is a nursary, not a person. Tfear refers to a Holy Mother Crouched Behind The Throne - that, I imagine, is the Pfhor queen.
