Welp, hate to break it to ya, but Microsoft owns Bungie, and by extension, everything Bungie owns. So, Microsoft, ultimately, owns the Marathon canon.

: 2. A Marathon TC created by Wideload, possibly *with* Jason and Robt and any

Well, Marathon Infinity was made by Doubleaught (sp?), remember? Not entirly Bungie, though many Bungie old skool.

Hell, even M2 had a lot of new people brought in, most obviously in the art department.

So if that's anything to go by, I'd say %100 #2, Wideload Marathon 4: Leela's Revenge.
