: Now vid-start Schmackle and immediately save your game (after leaving the
: lava) by holding down the control key and typing "yourmom". It
: may take a few tries, but eventually you'll have a saved game. Now use a
: saved game editor, such as the Infinity Game Wimp available at the
: Archives to restore all your weapons and ammo to the level they were at at
: the end of Septic Exodus. If you want to remain honest, you can then
: remove the cheats script. You'll then be able to play Schmackle as if
: nothing happened.

I hadn't tried using the Aleph One cheat codes before this, but they worked sufficiently to save the game. Oddly enough, I had even got out of practice using saved game editors; I must have managed to confuse news of films "breaking" in Aleph One with the saved game format. The Infinity Game Wimp served to reload my ammunition (and the uplink chip I only *supposed* I should have still been carrying by the time I got around to editing the saved game I had saved over the old, "locked" version). Thanks for the help. Now, I just have to survive Schmackle...
