Halo at end credits of Halo:CE

During the rolling credits of Halo:CE, there is what looks like another, different Halo on display. I was watching the credits again and found some interesting observations about this mystery halo. The halo is the same color as Covenant vehicles, that sexy purple. On the inside of the halo there is no discernible weather pattern at all. No land or water mass to be seen either. It is the like the full length of the inside of the halo is a city, various lights are visible from the buildings. A complete inter-connected city within a halo. Crazy... This leads me to various new speculations but I'll let it go right now. But I was wondering whether or not anyone else has noticed this, or should I have another coffee? -Hedge, the man who loves to love. But my baby just wants to dance.
