I guess since there's no content in between it seems short, but : there's nothing to really indicate either way, and we do know that : slipspace jumps are not instantaneous and that Delta Halo is probably very : far away from Earth, considering the wide radius of UNSC exploration. Yeah it is bit vague about the time in between there, except for lines like "sorry for the quick jump", and that dialogue at the beginning of the Delta Halo level which implied they hadn't really spoken since leaving Earth. It seems a little wierd, especially since they weren't put into cryo or anything, that the Chief and Johnson hadn't spoken to Keyes in two weeks.
