In Response To: Timeline in BWU (MELEE) : I am a bit confused about the timeline presented in the update last night : used to setup the ODST timeframe. Specifically, the first two bullets: : October 20: New Mombasa, Kenya is destroyed by the Slipstream Space : Rupture Backlash from the Prophet of Regret’s ship. : November 2: The Prophet of Regret’s ship and In Amber Clad arrive at Delta
Well, there's no MC level in between those ingame, though there is a pair of Arbiter levels. The IAC's technical difficulties after entering real space do seem morel like they happened instantly, but they could just have been the result of making a "coattails" slipspace jump the way they did. I guess since there's no content in between it seems short, but there's nothing to really indicate either way, and we do know that slipspace jumps are not instantaneous and that Delta Halo is probably very far away from Earth, considering the wide radius of UNSC exploration.
