Sounds like you'd better have some lotion handy in case you get a nasty scratching. I think you mean 'kit and caboodle', hee hee. Still, point taken. Classic H1 gameplay optimized to the 360 and with extra features? Yes please; I'd probably buy a 360 for that, as long as it truly felt like H1 gameplay and steered completely clear of the reinvented aliens and weapons we got for H2 (ack! - and furthermore, phooey!). But sadly I have to agree with the likes of Louis and others who are shooting your idea to pieces in favour of flying cameras and spectators and whatnot. Besides, I can't see why HIH would have been picked out as a particular beneficiary of such a reworking, as the H1 fanbase surely goes far wider than just the folk interested in high-performance jiggery-pokery or whatever the heck they're messing about with over there (hee hee... feeling naughty today). Plus, marketing a reworked H1 would clash with the newer games and could lead to embarassment if people flocked to H1 on Live and left H2 (and potentially H3) in the doldrums. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Too risky. Still, it was a nice fantasy for a few minutes, and I thank you!
