indeed ,your correct there, its been shown time and again mobile defenses due to their stionary orbit are the easiest to take down, they cant move after all, and id hate to tell you this, but you know why more werent taken down? why the cairo wasnt? the fleet were basically sacrificing themselves to distract fire, just look at how many frigs got taken down, etc, running interferance, without those frigates there to draw the fire the fire would of been directed at the orbital MAC's, 20 times easier to take down secondly, we are well aware that theyre obital MAC's, however, SMAC is a bit easier to say now isnt it? |
