A little nitpicking, and some more figures for context: For the later Nimitz-class carriers: Length: 333m over the flight deck (about 317m on the waterline)
Crew (average): 6286 total, broken down as: Ship crew: 203 officers, 3205 enlisted
Deck-to-deck height about 8 feet (2.44m)
Most of these figures are from a good reference book, except for the deck-to-deck height, which I worked out for myself when I spent a year or so building an insanely detailed model of CVN 76 (USS Ronald Reagan) for use in a flight-sim game.
