I didn't mean by way of resemblance. What made me think of Cortana was the prominence of the lines which brought to mind Cortana's silicon-etchings.
But, where would they fit in an appearance of Leela, anyway? The Personality Constructs Seeking Cyborg terminal? Durandal's brief mention of her in What About Bob? A secret level that returns to Arrival like they had in the Win95 version?
I've always imagined Leela to have a much more noble appearance anyway; honestly, my image of Leela's face, aside from the text or some more abstract representation, was always rather influenced by the picture of that Athena sculpture as featured on the Story Page.
