Can you please list exactly what files you downloaded, and what files are in both your Infinity and your M2 folders? Might be able to figure out what's going wrong there.

Also, try going into your Preferences in M2 (if the app loads at all), and re-select everything in the Environment prefs. Sometimes Aleph gets it's prefs confused amongst multiple copies of itself.
