Nope. This is an official Craig Mullins sketch (all 1.7MBs). It was obtained directly from Craig by James Pillar (aka RuGGeR). It's rare because it was only available from the RuGGeR's Tavern, a Hotline site back in the day. This sketch is not the same as the one you can see on the Craig Mullins Marathon Art Gallery.

Special? Well it is pic #7. ;)
