The facial details remind me slightly of the Bungie staff caricatures. Is this a Robt drawing?

I can't help but notice how the camera-goggles form a third eye in a very familiar configuration. But our favorite cyborg has nothing in common with the Pfhor. I mean, he wouldn't be caught dead working for them, right?
