In Response To: Not surprising (ax) : MS needs quality games to get ahead of Nintendo, not crappy games. Though I agree with this assessment...I think it might be better phrased that Xbox needs games that aren't simply PC games on a console (port or otherwise). FPS games play well on consoles with dual analogue controllers though...(admittedly they play better with keyboard and mouse--actually Red Faction 2 just shipped for PS2 with key/mouse support as did Sega's game Out Trigger last year for DC ^_^) But who cares if they are "ahead" of Nintendo. Personally, when i got my copy of Tekki I was positive my investment in the Xbox was justified...that game is amazing....and will surely keep me occupied till Halo 2 and Tekki 2 arrive next year ^_^ j | |
