On BG in multiplayer I : found that the rocket seem to have a pre-set range to detonation. I found : that if you target someone on the high ridge, and fire a rocket from the : opposite side, it would explode before it reaches the target if the : distance is too far away. If you place it right you can explode rockets : right in front of another player without him taking any damage. ( Looks : kind of neat : ) : (I'm going to be making a video to show everyone.) : I'm going to test to see if this was just on BG or other levels showed the : same effect. : I was hoping other players could double-check this. : Thanks in advance. Sounds really cool. If it's not just a BG or MP thing you might be able to figure out what that range is using nav points or possibly the Sniper Rifle. I wonder if any of the other weapons have a range limit too, like the Plasma Pistol.
