.....wow... that's.... weird, last night i came across the same concept of altering game data and have been looking for how to do it for the past few days- err... less-than-one-day and I think I have some info that might help.
as far as i know, (legal disclaimer) if you remove the flash ROM from a PS2 memory card(I know it is PS2, i only hope same method applies to xbox) and wire in its place a Smart Media memory card you can read and write to from a PC. That info was taken from a January(I think) issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly 2001( I think). I don't know specifically how to do this (on PS2 or Xbox) and would GREATLY appreciate any help/tips. Who knows, i might even be willing to pay someone for these services.

and aLuCaRD(or anyone else), if you find out how to do what you planned, please tell me how and what i'd need(specific instructions work best). I would also like to know if it works on other xbox games or other systems as well.

AM SERIOUS ABOUT THE POSSIBLE MONEY

oh yeah... what do you mean when you say "X-box chips" (are you talkin' 'bout meory cards?)
