Since I'm such an optimist at heart, I thought I'd begin work on some add-ons for PC Halo. Unlike all the nay-sayers out there, when Matt says it's coming, I believe him. The supreme advantage of any PC game over it's console counter-part, IMHO, is modability.With that in mind, and banking on Bungie's inclusion of a SDK, the link below has a couple of vehicle possibilities. Keep in mind that these are very tentative designs. Since I'm flying blind here, I have no idea as to: What sort of poly count to shoot for, What size textures are going to be used, or How the models are set up for movable parts. Also, a note on the textures: These are a very down and dirty. It's basically a cut, paste, distort, repeat sort of thing. They are by no means final. That being said, your thoughts and comments will be greatly appreciated. Particularly in the areas of design, weapon loadouts and designations. Enjoy... | |
