To summarize the MS guy:

"Basically, when Bungie sold out they lost all ability to make decisions about their own products. This means that even though Halo PC is a great great idea, and Bungie and all gamers around the world would love it to be made, it will NEVER happen. That's because Halo is the only good game on the Xbox and the Xbox will die if we release it on the PC. Maybe, if the Xbox dies first, we'll release it on the PC. Otherwise all you Halo PC fans can go fuck yourselves. All hail Lord Gates."
