In my opinion, console games...well, I just wont even comment because its not very nice and I dont want to start a flame war. I would have (note the past tense) spent some mega bucks to slap together a monster gaming system not entirely for Halo because I enjoy playing other games, but it certainly would have been in response to Halo. I'd like to say that BungiSoft has so infuriated me that I'd do something rash, hasty, and stupid, but quite frankly I just don't care any more. Occassionally, I will check the game news groups and preview a game before buying. I hope that they have exceptional encryption and security on the game, because If a cracked version ever hits the news groups, I dont know that I'd bother to ever go buy the game. Halo might be a great game, but you just dont treat potential customers like mushrooms and expect them to go "oh, ah" and have multiple orgasms. I guess I've strayed from the controller issue to the control issue of microsoft wanting to control everything from the software and hardware down the user himself. I'll step off my soap box now. | |
