In Response To: Re: 2 questions (Parias) : The definition's simple, a rocket assisted jump. Yoink out the rocket : launcher, aim at your feet, jump, and fire the rocket. The resulting : explosion increases your intertia. Angle can be adjusted to leap in the : desired direction. Simple. That's a good concise description of the rocket jump. You can also have the other player in co-op assist you (or kill you) using the rocket. It's also possible to use both type of grenades for the same result. Some words of caution: You will take health damage when using this type of assisted jump, unless you use them while your overshield is charging, in which case you are temporarily invincible. It can be used for getting into/out of odd/difficult/high places and is often used to get outside the game map for exploration/tricks/hijinx.
