In Response To: 2 questions (cote) Rocket jump is something I've never heard of, so I won't speculate. As for the over-shield, it's an energy shield that must be depleted before your heath begins to deteriorate. It refills itself, but there are some attacks that simply bypass your shields (grenades, rockets, plasma swords, and the inevitable long fall).
