Grunt dialect is some American version. In phrases like "Bad cyborg" the vowel position of the /ae/ in bad is farther back like an American /ae/. Same with the /r/ in, "Their everywhere!" For some reason the battle suit translator gives the Grunts an accent that is a cross between an American and a chipmunk.
As for GS, based on his use of suprasegmentals (intonational patterns across phonemic segments as opposed to phonetic patterns), I'd say his dialect is upper class American, though highly affected. Maybe old money.
