the mechanics of the HALO system are not terribly clear...wouldn't it be easier to allow HALO to orbit Threshold or Basis than trying to park it an unstable Lagrange point. Although without knowing the relative masses of and distances between the bodies involved, it's impossible to know the stability of L1.

Now I can't remember clearly...is it stated somewhere how HALO relates to Threshold abd Basis in terms of it's position?
