Good point, but also, the lettering of those symbols don't look like the normal way that the ForeRunner writes or labels stuff. I almost looks like spray paint more than anything. Maybe what happenned in that installation is that the covenant kind of built it up in to some sort of military headquarters for themselves. they have all kinds of cargo boxes, shields and turrets put up, when we normally won't find the gun turrets up indoors. Also, if my memory serves me, the symbols were usually above doors, so maybe the covenant just labelled them to help their own troops get around better
