The : only difference in the Star Wars scene from 1977 is Han has the only laser : blast, but in 1997, they added a second preemptive shot from Greedo's : pistol first. It's meant to be the same scene, but there's an extra effect : in one of them and it distracts the viewer. : To make it like it's a part of the same scene, they should not have added : anything to what's supposed to match the original. It becomes the tired : cliché that because they can do a thing, they ought to. No. : They could have started it trailing smoke as it rounds the hotel and crashes. : It would've kept things consistent. Love ya, Loftus, but additional trailing smoke and Greedo shooting first ain't even in the same ballpark.
