Don't think it's everywhere or nowhere? Avoid the two extremes? That's not very insightful.

I'll agree about the Peach and the frying pan - sounds pretty trivial (though I think a frying pan is a melee weapon in L4D2, and three of the characters are male, so hey). Now tell me what you think about the lack of marketing for FemShep up until recently, including how her appearance was picked for Mass Effect 3. Next we can talk about Cortana's experience in Halo 3, and how uncomfortable that is for some people - especially in regards to sexual assault.
